POWER- Tech Process: your energy

Lechler's proposal for the REFINISH sector is also characterised by the POWER technology which, through a latest generation chemistry, allows a REDUCED USE OF THE SPRAY BOOTH thanks to application processes and drying painting processes at 60°C that are much faster than traditional technologies!

The continuous search for maximum speed and productivity makes this type of process ideal for all medium-sized repairs, now even more in light of the strong increases in the energy and gas front that make the issue of energy costs and their impact on overall costs of repair an increasingly important topic.

The POWER-Tech technology allows to maximise the investments made for the latest generation booths / ovens, thanks to the use of extremely fast products both in application and especially in the drying phase at 60°C.

The POWER-Tech process allows to optimise workflows and reduce energy costs, thanks to:

• EXCELLENT APPLICATION: easy and rapid workflows thanks to short or no flash-offs
• VERY FAST DRYING AT 60°C: times reduced by 70%
• HIGH PROCESS PRODUCTIVITY: thanks to the reduced use of the spray booth with consequent reduction of bottlenecks

The POWER-Tech PROCESS System consists of:

PRIMER 
PW600 POWER WIPES AC-PRIMER - Can containing moistened wipes to be passed on the bare metal parts in order to protect and activate the surface before applying the suitable primer filler.

FILLER 
MF602-606-610 MACROFAN GREEN-TECH HS FILLER - Two-pack high solid acrylic primer filler with high filling power and fast drying. In the POWER version (MH600 + MT600) it guarantees exceptional sanding after only 5 minutes low baking, speeding up the preparation phase of the substrate as much as possible.

MATT BASECOAT 
HYDROFAN HE BASECOAT SYSTEM - è la base opaca all’acqua che permette di ottenere la massima efficienza con prestazioni e semplicità da prodotti al solvente. Sistema di tinte base colorate, pronte all’uso e senza miscelatori, impiegabile per la realizzazione di tinte auto, moto e veicoli commerciali in doppio strato. Il sistema è composto da una gamma compatta di tinte base, disponibili a seconda dell’uso in differenti confezioni (1lt, 0,5lt e 0,25lt), per la produzione di colori metallizzati, perlati, pastello e tinte ad effetto.

CLEARCOAT 
MC405 MACROFAN POWER UHS CLEARCOAT -  ULTRA-FAST drying UHS clearcoat with guarantee of greatest QUALITY and DURABILITY of the final result. MC405, in the POWER version (MH120 + MT405) guarantees drying times of 5 minutes low baking, speeding up the protection phase of the substrate as much as possible.
