Lechler have enlarged their product range for Refinish with the aim of giving a response to the many demands for matt finishing from the car producers, and to meet the needs with this kind of clearcoat in the car refinish product range.

MACROFAN HS 2000 MATT (10 gloss) is complemented with MACROFAN HS 2000 SAT, a new satin clearcoat, with about 30% gloss for double coat systems.

Thanks to their particular formulation and to the different gloss percentages, these clearcoats can be mixed together in different ratios, in order to obtain intermediate matt levels. They are particularly recommended to paint small parts (also plastics) on cars and motorcycles and are very flexible and easy to apply. They have a very good resistance to atmospheric agents and they have a uniform matt or satin final aspect.

Just like all the products belonging to the clearcoat range for Refinish, MACROFAN HS 2000 MATT and MACROFAN HS 2000 SAT use the Multiprogram rationalisation programme. Depending on varying application and drying conditions, they can be mixed with the UHS HARDENERS (MH100 slow, MH110 standard and MH115 fast) or with the HS HARDENERS line (codes: 00379-00362-00174).

Both the clearcoats comply with 2004/42/CE legislation, and they are classified in the category “e” “Special Finishes” (VOC < 840 g/lt).
