Lechler is supporting an important Olympic legacy initiative that brings together health, local communities and institutional collaboration. The Truck of Health, a mobile clinic that will travel across Valtellina offering free health screenings, has been painted using products from the Isofan system.

The project, promoted by Niguarda Hospital together with the Fire Brigade, involves the ASST Valtellina and Alto Lario and the municipalities concerned, and is part of the lead-up to the Winter Olympics, with the aim of leaving a tangible legacy for the territories that will host the Games.

The vehicle – an eleven-metre-long truck – has been completely refurbished by the Fire Brigade and fitted out by Niguarda specialists to become a fully equipped mobile clinic. On board, free cardiometabolic screenings will be carried out in the fields of cardiology, rheumatology, diabetology, urology and nutrition, as well as consultations dedicated to high-altitude medicine.

The Truck of Health will depart from Milan with an inaugural stop at Niguarda Hospital and will then travel through Valtellina between 19 and 25 January, stopping in Sondrio, Sondalo, Bormio and Livigno, bringing preventive healthcare directly to citizens.

The choice of Isofan products for painting the vehicle once again demonstrates the reliability of Lechler’s industrial solutions in projects that require resistance, aesthetic quality and durability, even in complex and highly exposed operating environments.
