The new Habitat Building collection offers unique sensory tools: five painted drops and a swatch book of 50 colors that allow you to touch and feel the textures of the 5 water-based finishes: Satin, Velvet, Natural, Texture, and Stain. This guide integrates with the Habitat Building collection, drawing on its four place identities: MATERIC, NEUTRAL, NATURAL, and GRAPHIC. Materic enhances the iconic colors of natural materials; Neutral supports silent, neutral architectures; Natural takes inspiration from landscape colors and finishes; finally, Graphic reinterprets Mediterranean chromatics and atmospheres. From the matrices developed for each identity, the 50 swatch colors were extracted, designed to integrate furniture, architecture, and landscape, making every element part of the context.
The five finishes are suitable for outdoor surfaces and feature different tactile and visual properties to differentiate furniture surfaces from cladding ones.

SATIN: semi-matte finish that gives surfaces a satin, silky look. Opacity: 25 gloss.

VELVET: multilayer finish that completely fills wood pores, giving a very velvety touch. Opacity: 10 gloss.

NATURAL: finish that enhances the natural tactility of wood, keeping veins perceptible to the touch. Opacity: 5 gloss.

TEXTURE: textured finish that improves grip on horizontal surfaces and gives maximum opacity to vertical ones. Opacity: 3 gloss.

STAIN: colorable high-penetration impregnating oil that protects wood in depth from degradation caused by solar radiation, fungi, molds, and bacteria.
