Lechler do Brasil races with Suzuki Jimny at the Rally dos Sertões 2014

Rally: mud and dirt roads, bright colourful cars that shoot past onlookers and slideslip, challenging the very laws of physics. Thundering engines and skilful drivers provide a unique, highly fascinating show. 

The Rally is a terrific challenge for Lechler, just as it is for every paint company. The Teams, car manufacturers and sponsors demand bright impressive colours, while the extreme conditions require paints that possess highly advanced scratch and shock resistance features.

But Lechler fears no challenge. Through its branch Lechler do Brasil the Company was pleased to cooperate with Suzuki in completely painting the Jimny vehicles that participated in the prestigious Rally dos Sertões 2014. 

Suzuki Brazil, fine tuned to market trends, made its choice from the colour proposals of the ‘Color Trend’ collection developed by the Lechler laboratory based in Como.  The vehicles were entirely painted using cycles of Lechsys and Lechsys Effect, which are already used to paint OEM Automotive parts.

The fluorescent area was created with a cycle made up of Multiplast Primer LE920,  a direct adhesion 2k anchoring primer, fluorescent matt base 2k PC High Matt Base LE902  and glossy transparent Tixo Klarlack 09 96230.

The Multiplast Primer LE920, 2k PC High Matt Base LE902 pearly and transparent acrylic bicomponent Acriflex Incolore Matt 96204 cycle was used for the area in titanium.
