It shows how, for a specific repair, it is more efficient to choose the ONE-STEP application method rather than the STANDARD PROCESS. Both applications are executed with our HE Hydrofan; so, it is not a comparative advertisement.

At the end of the video we prove how there was a saving of 30% in product consumption. I shouldn’t say it, but I do it anyway: basically, we are saying to refinishers that, if they follow our advice, they can repair the same amount of cars buying much less product from us.

It could seem crazy, but our strategy is actually based on economic well-being and satisfaction of our body shops. Therefore, we always say “There is no right process for all repairs, but there is a right process for every repair” and create products, services, tools and training courses that help refinishers to choose the cheapest process (but always taking into account customers’ expectations of quality and speed!!!) to face repairs.

Nevertheless, many refinishers have still much resistance to modify their habits. After all, who can blame them: resistances exist in every work field and in every aspect of life in general. We have an enormous respect for refinishers, because not only have they a job that is more complicated than you believe, but also in the last few years they have been obliged to turn from artists to craftsmen and then from craftsmen to businessmen. This generated a sort of disillusion and sometimes of distrust towards manufacturers and market in general. However, this is the way it has to be: think as a businessman means to call yourself and your beliefs into question and be supported by numbers and statistics, because they never lie.
