Lechler S.p.A. and the companies of the Group have adopted specific channels through which whistleblowing reports can be sent, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblowers, of the other persons involved and of the content of the reports.
Lechler S.p.A. has adopted the "Guideline for whistleblowing reports, including anonymous ones, of the Group", updated following the entry into force of Legislative Decree 24/2023, which has entirely revised the regulations on the subject.
