A premiere at the Genoa Boat Show for the new antifouling Stoppani brand that have been conceived from the Lechler Laboratories.

Multiple strong points: it is one of the strongest products of the antifouling product range in the Stoppani catalogue. Sibelius Active Self-Polishing is able to give very good sliding thanks to the self- cleaning properties: it consumes progressively and it allows to be restored without the need to be removed at the end of the painting cycle.
This means a lower cost of maintenance/restoring. It is suggested for sailing and dislocating boats and it can be used with all materials (included aluminium), and it can be used up to a 25knot speed. Very good antifouling, thanks to the formulation based on degrading biocides, there is no risk of accumulation in sediments as for traditional biocides.

The new anti fouling has been tested in cooperation with the Group research on antifouling technologies from the Marine Science Institute (CNR-ISMAR) in Genoa, coordinated by Dott. Marco Faimali. The scientific results of the combined research were shown during the conference: “Research and application of the eco-toxic methods in water” held in Livorno on October 2010.

Another distinctive note about the Sibelius Active Self Polishing is the innovative chromatic range offered: not only the standard white, black and blue, but in addition there is also a red colour, which is innovative and much appreciated by customers in the field according to recent statistical data.

It is available in the following sizes: 0,75, 2,5 and 10l.
