The Swiss Kermesse has had its 79th show. It is the most important exhibition in the car field. In spite of the economical crisis, all the main car producers confirmed once again their presence. Just like every year the exhibition attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors from everywhere in the world. A lot of news had been announced by the car producers, like the Fiat Group with the MiTo GTA and Fiat 500 C, Audi with the sporting TT-RS, A4 Allroad and the new A7, Mercedes with Class E coupé and station wagon and others.

Once again the common denominator among producers was total respect for the environment. The “ecological” cars were shown in a “green” hall dedicated to vehicles respecting the environment. The great protagonist of this show was colour, starting from the traditional and always charming red (Alfa Romeo launched the “Competition red”), to bronze with different nuances, to particular and more fanciful colours, like the Barbie pink for Fiat 500, plus various orange and green shades.

Just like every year an entire pavillion in the Geneva Palaexpo was dedicated to plant material and equipment, car spare parts and tuning, attracting a great number of car repair visitors. The 2009 edition of the Geneva Motorshow was a great opportunity for Lechler and their Switzerland ESA partner, leader in the distribution of component equipment and materials for Automotive, to meet customers and introduce the latest news of the refinish world. Once again Lechler was ready to follow the market trends and be the first in line to meet customer needs from everywhere in the world.
