Colour is a language that continues to evolve. Technological, cultural and artistic changes have always influenced the domestic landscape in our homes and surrounding environments. The analysis of past products revealed that significant colour changes are recorded in cycles which means that general colour preferences for the near future can be predicted with a fair degree of accuracy.
Defining new scenarios is an essential aspect of Color Design and contributes to determining the quality of home environments, architectural features of buildings and the commercial success of an industrial product.
The Color Design Project by Lechler, organized in partnership with the industrial designer Francesca Valan, provides indications, suggestions and technical information to make choosing colour and finishes easier.

Lechler has introduced a complete and updated series of colour information tools: through a quick and simple check it is possible to help the body repairer to find a more appropriate and effective answer to their colour research. This has been possible because Lechler understands the difficulties that the body repairer has to face in order to look for the correct colour, to complete their repair and to prevent a loss of time concerning the colour research for someone who does not have the opportunity to use updated equipment.
For all the users of Lechler products there is now available the new COLOR Index 2008which contains more than 35.000 car, motorcycles and trading/industrial vehicles colours. The new collection of information has been updated with the latest colours of 2007-2008 and it allows the body repairers to have access to formulations and colour references, both with traditional clearcoats and with innovative technology, waterbased HYDROFAN and high solid MACROFAN enamels .
Together with the COLOR Index you will find the useful brochure 2007-2008 Colour range. The brochure contains the colours of the actual range and the correct combinations including bumpers, interiors and original fillers. It is divided by car producer and car model and is a very useful tool for the body repairer to be updated with the latest news of the market.
Other colour information tools are available in this collection: BUMPERS&INTERIORS and FORD Color Range. They summarize the last 16 years colour range production concerning colour combinations bodyworks with bumpers, interiors and the ranges divided by the model of the American producer.
The users will be able to improve the quality of their work thanks to complete and easy to find information, without spending their time in colour research.
