Per trattamento si intende qualsiasi operazione o insieme di operazioni, compiute con o senza l’ausilio di processi automatizzati e applicate a dati personali o insiemi di dati personali, come la raccolta, la registrazione, l’organizzazione, la strutturazione, la conservazione, l’adattamento o la modifica, l’estrazione, la consultazione, l’uso, la comunicazione mediante trasmissione, diffusione o qualsiasi altra forma di messa a disposizione, il raffronto o l’interconnessione, la limitazione, la cancellazione o la distruzione. Il titolare, ossia la persona giuridica che determina le finalità e i mezzi del trattamento dei vostri dati, è LECHLER S.p.A., con sede in Como, via Cecilio 17.
Il Dipartimento Privacy, ossia le funzioni aziendali che coadiuvano il Titolare nel trattamento della Privacy. Finalità di trattamento
I dati che Voi metterete a nostra disposizione verranno da noi trattati al fine di permettervi la consultazione on line delle ns. formulazioni e relative Schede di Sicurezza, per scaricare sui Vostri sistemi l’eventuale update delle une e delle altre, nonché per l’invio di comunicazioni di Marketing, nel pieno rispetto dei principi annoverati all’art. 5 del Regolamento UE.
Modalità di trattamento
I dati che Voi metterete a nostra disposizione verranno trattati mediante elaborazione elettronica o in forma cartacea da soggetti appositamente incaricati dal titolare del trattamento. Sia i sistemi informatici, sia i supporti cartacei sono gestiti e custoditi in modo da garantire la sicurezza e la riservatezza dei dati stessi. Base giuridica del trattamento La base giuridica del trattamento è il consenso che viene da voi liberamente espresso mediante la spunta del relativo flag presente in ogni sezione del sito ove viene richiesta l’immissione di dati personali.

Comunicazione dei dati – flusso esterno all’azienda
Lechler si riserva la facoltà di trasferire dati anche Extra Ue, ma sempre in Paesi verso i quali esiste una decisione di adeguatezza della Commissione che attesta un livello di protezione adeguato. Periodo di conservazione I dati personali da voi messi a disposizione saranno da noi trattati per il periodo necessario all’espletamento delle finalità come sopra descritte; in caso di cessazione del rapporto commerciale in essere per qualsiasi motivo e causa, tali dati saranno conservati sino alla decorrenza della prescrizione ordinaria prevista dal Codice Civile.
Diritti

The Privacy Department is the company department which assists the Data Controller in the processing of Personal Data. Purpose of data processing
We will process the Data that you provide us to enable you to look up our formulations and their Safety Data Sheets, to download any updates concerning them to your devices, as well as to send Marketing communications, in full compliance with the principles set forth in Article 5 of the EU Regulation.
Data processing methods
The Data that you provide us will be either processed electronically or in paper format by the individuals specifically appointed by the Data Controller. Both the information systems and the hard copies are managed and stored so as to ensure the security and confidentiality of data.
Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing is your consent, freely expressed by checking the corresponding box in each section of the site where you are asked to enter your personal data.
Scope of disclosure of your Data and its flow within the Company
The following categories of individuals may become aware of your Data, in their capacity as data supervisors or persons in charge of data processing, appointed by LECHLER S.p.A., the Data Controller:

Data communication – company external flow

Finalités du traitement
Les données que vous mettrez à notre disposition seront traitées par nos soins afin de vous permettre de consulter en ligne nos formulations et nos Fiches de sécurité relatives, de télécharger sur vos systèmes la mise à jour éventuelle des unes et des autres, et de vous envoyer des communications marketing, dans le plein respect des principes visés à l'art. 5 du Règlement UE.
Modalités de traitement
Les données que vous mettrez à notre disposition seront traitées par voie électronique ou sous forme papier, par des personnes spécialement mandatées par le titulaire du traitement. Aussi bien les systèmes informatiques que les supports papier sont gérés et protégés de manière à garantir la sécurité et la confidentialité des données.
Base juridique du traitement
La base juridique du traitement est le consentement que vous exprimez librement en cochant la case correspondante dans chaque section du site où la saisie de données personnelles est requise.
Domaine de connaissance de vos données - flux interne d'entreprise

Les données personnelles que vous mettez à disposition seront traitées par nos soins pendant le laps de temps nécessaire à l'accomplissement des finalités décrites ci-dessus ; en cas de résiliation de la relation commerciale en cours pour une raison ou cause quelconque, ces données seront conservées jusqu'à la prescription ordinaire prévue par le Code civil.
Droits

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
Hiermit möchten wir Ihnen, entsprechend dem Grundsatz der Transparenz, unsere Absichten im Zusammenhang mit Ihren personenbezogenen Daten (im Folgenden der Kürze halber auch nur Daten) zur Kenntnis bringen, damit Sie alle Folgen beurteilen, die Verarbeitung genehmigen oder ablehnen und den weiteren Verlauf Ihrer Daten kontrollieren können.

Zweck der Verarbeitung

Rechtsgrundlage der Verarbeitung
Die Rechtsgrundlage der Verarbeitung ist die Einwilligung, die von Ihnen durch Markieren des entsprechenden Feldes freiwillig erteilt wird, das Sie in jedem Bereich der Website finden, in dem personenbezogene Daten angefordert werden.
Weitergabe Ihrer Daten - Datenfluss innerhalb des Unternehmens
Folgende Kategorien von Personen können in Ihrer Funktion als von LECHLER S.p.A. als Verantwortlicher ernannte Auftragsverarbeiter oder Beauftragte für die Verarbeitung von Ihren Daten Kenntnis erhalten:

Offenlegung der Daten - Datenfluss außerhalb des Unternehmens
Lechler behält sich vor, Daten auch außerhalb der EU zu übermitteln, jedoch immer in Länder, denen ein Angemessenheitsbeschluss der Kommission vorliegt, der ein angemessenes Schutzniveau bescheinigt.
Speicherdauer
Die personenbezogenen Daten, die von Ihnen bereitgestellt werden, werden von uns über den zur Durchführung der wie oben beschriebenen Zwecke notwendigen Zeitraum verarbeitet. Im Falle der Beendigung der Geschäftsbeziehung aus irgendeinem Grund werden diese Daten bis zur im Codice Civile vorgeschriebenen allgemeinen Verjährungsfrist aufbewahrt.
Rechte
