SILVER GUARD ADDITIVE

We are pleased to announce the addition to the catalogue of two new solvent-based and water-borne antibacterial additives based on innovative substances and conceived for the release of silver ions with high functionality,

09400 SILVER GUARD ADDITIVE SB - 09402 SILVER GUARD ADDITIVE WB

The use of these additives in paints from the Lechsys, Lechsys Effect and Lechsys Hydro range allows the formation of films showing good ability for the prevention and resistance against the attack of Gramnegative and Gram-positive strains of bacteria, such as Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus Aureus.

They are useable in all water-borne products, MS, UHS and UV solvent-based products and are ideal for all manufactured items and environments requiring specific prevention and resistance against bacterial proliferation.

The modes of use go from 2% by weight in the destination product (A component in case of 2K-products) for the solvent-based additive 09400 and from 2 to 4% by weight in the destination product (A component in case of 2K-products) for the water-borne additive 09402.
