Every year the Top Employers Institute certifies worldwide the best companies in the HR sector, recognizing the excellence of the companies’ working conditions for their own employees. 

The study was carried out on a sample of circa 1,400 companies worldwide and it was based on an analysis of objective data and best practice in many macro-areas in the HR sector.

Lechler has been selected and awarded for the fourth year in a row for its commitment and its care of coworkers, shown through dedicated training pathways at each company level and, more generally, for its constant effort to improve HR management quality.

Considering that optimal working conditions guarantee personal and professional development of people, all this means an opportunity of growth and development for the company itself. 

The award ceremony has been hold on the 8^th February 2018 in Milan at the Palazzo del Ghiaccio.
