We are among the sponsors of the exhibition called “The Empire of lights” dedicated to the well known Belgian painter René Magritte in the magnificent setting of Villa Olmo, in the Lake of Como.

The sixty oil paintings the artist made between 1925 and 1967 together with drawings, illustrated letters and photos were on show. 40 works come from the Magritte Foudation and were visible in Italy for the final time before their permanent location in the Magritte Museum in Brussels. According to Charly Herscovici, President of the René Magritte Foundation, the exhibition in Villa Olmo was "an event in the history of this surreal exhibition in Italy". Among the most famous works exposed: “The empire of lights” and “Good faith”.
