Colour is a language that continues to evolve. Technological, cultural and artistic changes have always influenced the domestic landscape in our homes and surrounding environments. The analysis of past products revealed that significant colour changes are recorded in cycles which means that general colour preferences for the near future can be predicted with a fair degree of accuracy.
Defining new scenarios is an essential aspect of Color Design and contributes to determining the quality of home environments, architectural features of buildings and the commercial success of an industrial product.
The Color Design Project by Lechler, organized in partnership with the industrial designer Francesca Valan, provides indications, suggestions and technical information to make choosing colour and finishes easier.

The Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) is the result of efforts made by employers, employees and society to improve Health and Wellness in workplaces.
The World Health Organization has defined a model for action, denominated “Healthy workplaces”, whose main idea is that a company that promotes health has to be committed to building an environment, where, in the interests of employees and community, it supports adoption of positive attitudes and healthy choices. This program has the dual aim of enhancing healthy lifestyles and break all sorts of addictions.
From the start Lechler has shown considerable interest in this project, promoting several initiatives and involving employees of the Como site, with a path aimed at “encouraging the conscious and responsible adoption of healthy food choices”, according to recommendations provided by ATS Insubria.
In 2021 we started procedures to create a “smoke-free environment to motivate to quit smoking” with an awareness campaign for smokers and arrangement of meetings with the company physician.
Next step will be promoting practices to adopt consciously and responsibly an active lifestyle.
On 24th February ATS Insubria held a meeting to provide information and concrete tools to promote wellness in workplaces. This was a good occasion to get to know 30 companies in Como participating to the WHP program of Lombardia, recognized as “companies which promote health”.
Our hard work, but above all our strong will to make our workplace a healthier place, allowed us to be recognized as GOLD company in the promotion of health and wellness.
