Technical and legislative laws
Two groups of laws have a great importance in the paint sector:
- Technical laws: documents, whose observance is not compulsory; they are approved by an organization entitled and qualified to issue training acts. They identify the painting products, helping the painter in a better use.
- Legislative laws: they are real “behaviour laws”, that is orders that impose a specific behaviour and for this reason they are COMPULSORY; because of this characteristic they always maintain a high level of certainty and durability in time.
