The assistance services

The services product and colour consulting are developed in three levels:

  • On field: through the intervention of technical-trading staff on field. For special problems it is a valid support for the end user in finding a technical solution or in finding the best suitable painting cycle responding to the specific demands and available instruments.
  • Call Center: thought the collection of the Customer demands and their solving through technical internal services generating telephone consulting through the starting up of specific product consulting programmes.
  • Product consulting programmes: it gives access to the Product Management and Laboratory, to develop performance tests and to check any qualities and technical performances, to the preparation of personalized products and tailor made painting cycles.
