Two new materials with Water Based technology have been introduced in Lechler Tech: HYDROPUR SEALER and MOTIVE WB CLEARCOAT. These are avant-garde products for their quality and technological contents.

HYDROPUR SEALER is a water based 2K insulating filler with polyvalent use. The filler has a very good filling power and a very good retention and flow also in case of high thickness. The flexibility in useage is an advantage specifically when the painting process includes finishing with water based enamels, matt basecoats or with standard UHS solvent enamels used in dry-on dry painting cycles. Another important characteristic is the high adhesive power. It can be applied direct on metals, for useage that does not require any anticorrosive performance, or on Gel Coat manufactured products. The application is possible both with AIRMIX and AIRLESS systems allowing you reduce the painting process times. It is the ideal “water based” painting cycle together with the acrylic enamel HYDROCRYL 2K (they both use the same hardener). It can also be used in mixed cycles with all the solvent based finishing of the Lechler Tech product range.

The second product is the innovative water based clearcoat for finishing MOTIVE WB CLEARCOAT which have been conceived for 2K systems on matt, metallised, pearled and solid bases, for Industrial and Industrial Vehicle utilisation. Motive WB Clearcoat has very good gloss finish with excellent resistance to scratches, light and atmospheric aggression. It is odourless and it is easy to work with and to polish, always keeping good verticality in application. The product has very good adhesion on the waterborne matt basecoats used in the Lechler Tech product range, and if necessary also on solvent basecoats. It can be used in painting processes on plastic or metal substrates.

So two new materials that give benefits to the painting process, allowing a dramatic reduction of emissions in the atmosphere and therefore an improvement in the quality of the work place.
