HF950 HYDROFAN Clearcoat, is the new clearcoat to dilute with water. It is a bi-component product for double coats systems with low impact on the environment allowing all the users to use a complete water based painting cycle .

Easiness, safety in use and very good final result make this product similar to solvent traditional MS and HS products in application and performance characteristics. Thanks to its very low solvent content HYDROFAN Clearcoat is the ideal product to complete cycles with low impact on the environment, complying with the 2004/42/CE legislation (included in II b (d) class with V.O.C < 420 gr/Lt). It is almost odourless, it is also suitable for operators which are sensible to solvents. It is the ideal proposal for bodyshops located in urban centres and in general for companies which have problems of emissions in the environment.

The application of HYDROFAN Clearcoat is easy: with two normal coats the painting cycle is completed both on water and on solvent matt basecoats.

The typical milk like colour of the product in the liquid phase allows to identify the correct distribution of the material on the surfaces during the application and inform the operator about the correct fading off time. This particular characteristics, together with a product flexibility, allow an easy and safe application also in one single coat.

What about the final aspect? a totally gauzy dry film with vitreous hardness guaranteeing high resistance in external and very good anti-scratch resistance to obtain a final result complying with the most exigent and specific market demands.
