The new water based system, composed of twenty basecoats with high pigment concentration, heavy metals and with low impact on the environment. Once they are mixed with the eight binders it is possible to obtain three Primers, three 1K top coats and 4 2K top coats with different chemical-physical characteristics, in all the colours of the required fields. Lechsys Hydro allows you tocombine together quality and safety as an inseparable bond. It is possible to obtain some ISO 9001:2000 quality certification, with specialised Software and detailed technical documentation guaranteeing absolute reliability and safe use. Complying with European Legislation introduced recently into the Italian market, all the products you can obtain through the new system have very low solvent content. As a consequence the painting cycles allow you to reduce dramatically the V.O.C. emissions in the atmosphere without any plant modification. Safety and quality not only tested in the Lechler R&D Laboratories, but also through specific market tests, will allow you to obtain guaranteed, reliable and quality results. The final results have been possible due to the cooperation with the first plant companies.

The new Isofan HS system, is based on thirty MACROBASE coloured basecoats, with a wide solid colour range for industrial use. By using these products it is guaranteed that you will obtain O.E.M. quality final products, with long lasting and chromatic colour matching. The system is composed of a primer, a sealer, a filler and three finishing enamels with high quality characteristics, derived from the mixture with specific binders to answer to the differing market requirements. The Isofan HS system is able to offer high flexibility in answering to the different needs in terms of plant and production, with ISO 9001:2000 quality and safety guaranteed cycles, which can be identified through specialised software and detailed technical documents. Thanks to the ability to obtain coloured primers and fillers in infinite tones, the system will allow you to obtain great savings in top coat product consumption, more rapidity in the application of the product and a reduction in low coverage issues. The new Industry Lechler catalogue has also been completed with all the new technical and colorimetric instruments, with the aim of offering complete and profitable support to all the specialists in this varied field.
