From the Lechler Development Laboratories, a new antifouling product in spray is now available for painting and protection of hulls and small parts of structures immersed in water.

HELICE SPRAY is an antifouling non-toxic paint free of copper, arsenic and tin with versatile uses thanks also to the four available versions: transparent colourless, white, grey and black. The product range of this special antifouling non-toxic is recommended for the protection of all structures immersed in water, which are frequently submitted to salty conditions.

The particular formulation of the product, free of metals, has the power to prevent the formation of seaweed and the growth of molluscs on the surface. The binder with programmed solubility, guarantees an excellent and lasting protection.

The main characteristic of this spray is the rapid drying: depending on the atmospheric conditions, the dust-dry time varies between 10 and 20 minutes, it allows operation to be resumed within approximately 24/36 hours.

For the preparation of the surface, it will be enough to remove all traces of dirt grease or flaking paint from the surface to be painted (if necessary also a rapid sanding is suggested). Then energetically shake the can and apply several light coats with vertical and horizontal directions, holding the can in a vertical position at approximately 20/25cm.

With a can of Helice Spray 400ml you can obtain about 4m² coverage (depending on the application).
