From the Lechler R&D Laboratories a new rational reliable and versatile system is now available : LECHSYS HYDRO. From this System it is possible to derive different painting solutions with products and cycles with low emissions in the environment and high performances. It is an innovative project aimed at creating new industrial opportunities due to technological contents, technical servicies and supports able to solve the emerging market needs.

LECHSYS HYDRO is a polyvalent and rational system allowing to obtain mono and bi-component cycles for Primers, Fillers and Finihes bicomponenti with different characteristics and chemical-physisical characteristics deriving them form an unique line of coloured base coats. The System is composed of 20 base colours formulated with a high concentration of pigment, without heavy metals with low impact on the environment: the chromatic range which is offered guarantees the realisation of all the colours of the destination fields.

Lechsys Hydro allows to combine quality and safety in a unique step: it is possible to obtain certified cycles with the ISO 9001:2000 Quality System, which can be identified through specialistic Software and detailed technical documentation with absolute guarantee of reliability and safety use.

Complying with all the European legislations, all the products which can be obtained from the System have very low solvent contents and the cycles allow to reduce dramatically the V.O.C. emissions in the atmosphere without the obligation of making any type of plant modification. Safety and quality tested not only in the R&D Laboratories, but also through precise and controlled market tests, allowing to reach quality guaranteed and reliable results also thanks to first plant developed in cooperation with partner companies.
