The great experience matured in the Industrial Vehicles field as O.E.M. supplier for important Car producers, has allowed Lechler to conceive and develop ISOFAN HS: a polyvalent LOW V.O.C. mixing machine system from which it is possible to derive products and cycles aimed at improving the painting processes and complying with the legislations requirements.

The new system has a historical name in the Industrial Vehicles: Isofan was born in the ’50s from the Lechler Research and Development Laboratories and it has been used in 1959 for bus, tram and industrial vehicles painting. For its unique characteristics, Isofan became the reference Brand Name for this market.

ISOFAN today enters into a new dimension, with ISOFAN HS System, conceived for the realisation of Primers, Fillers and Finishes with different performing characteristics, deriving them through specific neutral resins (binders) from an unique line of coloured base coats. The System is composed of 30 coloured base coats named MACROBASE.

Their utilisation guarantees to obtain O.E.M. quality finished products for resistance and colour matching, in a very large range of solid colours normally used in the industrial field. The system is composed of three finishes enamels with high quality characteristics and three LOW V.O.C. coloured preparation fillers for wet on wet or dry on dry painting cycles. The system is able to offer a high flexibility answering to the different productive or plant needs.

The colour references selection highly reproduces the Industrial Vehicles colours, the Standard colours and the Fleet and Corporate colours, allowing the immediate and accurate identification of any colour.
