For a long while Lechler has engaged in promoting and supporting Arts through cooperation with architects and artists in Italy and abroad.
Lechler for Art is an ensemble of activities in which the Company is involved supporting events, masterpieces and musical initiatives particularly those occurring in Como, Headquarters of the Company where the town is considered rich in precious architectural works and with beautiful monuments with high artistic value.
For 2017 Lechler is also the winner of the “Top Employers Italia” acknowledgement for the high quality work environment.
On 14 February 2017, the TOP EMPLOYER INSTITUTE awarded the best Italian companies in the HR sector for excellent occupational conditions, firms that provide training for employees at all corporate levels and underscore the importance of their skills, organisations that are constantly committed to improving and enhancing the working process for Human Resources.
The core factor of the Top Employers procedure is participation in a precise and detailed research process and achievement of the high standards required to obtain the certification, which is solely awarded to companies―only 79 in Italy for 2017―that ensure the highest standards in terms of occupational conditions offered to their employees.
We are extremely proud to see Lechler’s name amidst leading multinational firms, once again. Special focus on employees to encourage their feeling of being part of the company has been, for over a century, one of the milestones on which Lechler has built its relations with workers. At Lechler it is normal, and has always been, to underscore the value of human capital. It is part of the company’s cultural DNA.
Hence, after the Social Responsibility Prize received in 2014 from Confindustria and trade unions, and after the Top Employers Awards in 2015 and 2016, we are once again honoured to receive this important acknowledgement. It underscores our commitment to universal values, which are often acknowledged only within the organisation.
