Colour is a language that continues to evolve. Technological, cultural and artistic changes have always influenced the domestic landscape in our homes and surrounding environments. The analysis of past products revealed that significant colour changes are recorded in cycles which means that general colour preferences for the near future can be predicted with a fair degree of accuracy.
Defining new scenarios is an essential aspect of Color Design and contributes to determining the quality of home environments, architectural features of buildings and the commercial success of an industrial product.
The Color Design Project by Lechler, organized in partnership with the industrial designer Francesca Valan, provides indications, suggestions and technical information to make choosing colour and finishes easier.
Projects that are included in Lechler Color Design:
On the occasion of the 100 years Lechler Italian celebration, on 20th December 2010 a particular event was organised in the prestigious Teatro Sociale in Como. The evening begun with an interesting interview given by Giorgio Gandola, Director of the local newspaper La Provincia, to Dr. Agop Manoukian, President of Lechler S.p.A. concerning the last two volumes written by Dr. Agop which talk about Lechler history during the development of the paint concluding with the work named Lechler. Storia e Racconti di un Marchio, (Lechler History and Tales of a brand).A beautiful multimedia show directed by Paolo Lipari then attracted public attention during the evening with video interviews with retired Lechler people and with the pictures of the staff. A theatrical performance with images turned to music showing pieces of the Lechler Italian history. The evening ended with a musical performance made by Maestro Paolo Pasqualin, who played a battery, prepared with Lechler empty tins, with the pictures of Italian Lechler and their staff projected in the frame.
