Colour is a language that continues to evolve. Technological, cultural and artistic changes have always influenced the domestic landscape in or homes and surrounding environments. The analysis of past products revealed that significant colour changes are recorded in cycles which means that general colour preferences for the near future can be predicted with a fair degree of accuracy.
Defining new scenarios is an essential aspect of Color Design and contributes to determining the quality of home environments, architectural features of buildings and the commercial success of an industrial product.
The Color Design Project by Lechler, organized in partnership with the industrial designer Francesca Valan, provides indications, suggestions and technical information to make choosing colour and finishes easier.

Once again Lechler is supporting the Arts: this time we are in Verona and were talking about Contemporary Arts. Verona, together with the Local Authority for Urban Furniture and Garden and the Local Tourism Authority, have launched the project: PANCHINE D'AUTORE PER SGUARDI D'AMORE (SIGNED BENCHES FOR THE LOOK OF LOVE) inside the event "Verona in love".
The aim is promoting an unusual tourist itinerary, different from the traditional tourist itineraries in Verona. The new itinerary is composed of 7 stops in 7 places chosen by the Municipality of Verona. Each stop is characterised by mutually related historical, architectural and landscaping elements.
The architect Marco Della Torre has been chosen to design one of the seven benches. They were introduced as a preview during the XXIst edition of Abitare il Tempo (Living our Time), an exhibition held in Verona on 21st-25th September 2006. His creation will be placed by the area named ex-Dogana d'acqua (Ex- Water Custom) for the occasion of Valentines Day in 2007 with an opening ceremony celebration.
Our Lechler for Art campaign is carrying on supporting events in arts, design and culture. Lechler once again is cooperating with the architect Della Torre, through the supplying and the application of a complete Lechsys cycle. For this creation we have chosen: 04348 Epoxy EC Filler, 04018 Filler, 04580 undercoat, rosso micalizzato as a matt base and a semi-glossy top coat obtained by mixing 70 parts of 96598 and 30 parts of Acrifan 2000.
